THE CHAMELEON CLUB

Children may start at the Chameleon Club from their 2nd birthday. We offer a number of funded places for 2 year olds. Please note that funding is made available to families the term after a child is 2. Oxfordshire County Council contacts families who they know are entitled to funding. If you are unsure if you are entitled to funding or your circumstances have recently changed, please contact your local Children’s Centre.

We are able to offer spaces for 2 year olds at the following times: 8.45-11.45 and 12.45-3.45 Monday to Friday. For children that attend Lydalls Nursery School there are a limited number of wraparound spaces available for children to have lunch at Chameleon Club, and a packed lunch must be provided. Wraparound sessions must be paid for in advance and spaces must be booked for a term. Please see our terms and conditions for further details. Our Chameleon Club has its own admissions policy. All other policies on this website apply to both Lydalls Nursery School and Chameleon Club. The Chameleon Club staff all have extensive experience and hold a National Vocational Qualification Level 3 in early education and childcare. They also have qualifications in food hygiene and paediatric first aid.

“I couldn’t thank Chameleon Club enough for getting my child settled in to first school. She couldn’t have had a better start” Parent, Parent Questionnaire 2019.

“Staff were wonderful at settling my child in at Chameleon Club. The support offered to him was amazing and he settled really well” Parent, Parent Questionnaire 2019
