Children arrive. Full-time
children register at the graphics table. Part-time children
register in the tactile room. Staff work in a different
area each week. Children have access to all areas of the
nursery inside and outside after they register. Parents/carers
are welcome to stay and play with their child, or to speak
with staff. |

Three adult focused activities
will be taking place, two inside and one outside. During
this time milk, water, and fruit are available. |

Tidy up time encouraging
the children to take responsibility and to care for their
environment. |

All children go to the
carpet area for songs and rhymes. |

Group time. The planning
for group time activities will reflect individual needs
and abilities. |

Parents/carers arrive
to collect morning children. Full-time children can choose
to go outside or stay in the book area. |

Children wash their hands
and have lunch. |

Children have a literacy/numeracy
focus session on the carpet, followed by a quiet focused
activity, maybe writing or a turn taking game. This will
be planned for by the staff to best meet individual children's
needs. |

Parents/carers and children
are welcome to use the community room to share books if
they arrive at nursery before 1.00pm. Parents/carers are
reminded that they must not leave their child until they
have registered them at 1.00pm. |
