School Office Administrator

We wish to appoint an experienced administrator to provide a high level of confidential support in our busy reception office. Previous school experience and a working knowledge of RM Integris are desirable, although training can be provided.

The successful candidate will need to:

  • be an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • be able to work methodically under their own initiative
  • be able to work calmly in a busy reception office

Teaching Assistant – Early Years Level 3

We wish to appoint a caring and committed teaching assistant with an early years level 3 qualification to work within the two year old base in our outstanding nursery school.

The successful candidate will need to:

  • be responsible for a group of key children
  • maintain accurate records of children’s progress and attainment
  • work within a team to provide a nurturing, stimulating and challenging learning environment
  • be confident using IT to produce simple document and online learning journeys
  • work in partnership with families, colleagues and external professionals to deliver an outstanding early years experience

Casual Bank Staff – Teaching Assistants Early Years Level 2 or 3

We wish to develop a list of caring and enthusiastic bank staff with an early years level three or level two qualification to provide cover for planned and unplanned staff absence in our outstanding nursery school. This could involve working for several days to cover a planned absence or providing occasional cover when staff are ill.

The successful candidate will need to:

  • respond to the individual needs of children
  • contribute to providing an inclusive, responsive, nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 2-5 as part of an established team.
